I recently had a fantastic 9-night stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Pinzolo. The location couldn't have been better - right in the center, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had its own free parking, making it convenient for exploring the area. The owners of this family-run establishment were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to assist guests with any requests. They even helped me secure a discounted ski pass and provided valuable recommendations for local restaurants. The level of service and attention to detail made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. To top it off, the delicious homemade breakfast, including a perfect cup of coffee each morning, left a lasting impression. It's clear that the owners take pride in creating a memorable experience for their guests.
I couldn't fault anything during my stay. Everything was simply perfect.

Our recent city trip stay was beyond amazing! the hotel is perfectly located near restaurants and shops, yet still close to the main sites. the staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel at home immediately. One of the best aspects was the breakfast, with homemade pastries and delicious coffee. We also loved the view from our balcony and the recently refurbished room.
The only thing we didn't like was the size of the bed in the single room. It was quite small, and we had to request an additional blanket to keep our feet warm during the night.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the warm welcome of the staff. The location was convenient as it was close to restaurants and shops. the storage area for ski equipment and the available parking were extremely helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the view from my balcony was stunning.
The WiFi connection was not reliable, and I had to request the private password to get a better connection. , there was no mini fridge in the room, which was a bit inconvenient for keeping drinks and snacks cold.
