The owners of this family-run establishment were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to assist guests with any requests. They even helped me secure a discounted ski pass and provided valuable recommendations for local restaurants. The level of service and attention to detail made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. To top it off, the delicious homemade breakfast, including a perfect cup of coffee each morning, left a lasting impression. It's clear that the owners take pride in creating a memorable experience for their guests.

This hotel in Pinzolo has really impressed me. the location is perfect, right in the center of town. Everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants and shops. Secondly, the service is exceptional. The owners go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay, offering discounts on ski passes and providing helpful information. Lastly, the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of tasty options to start the day off right.

Our recent city trip stay was beyond amazing! the hotel is perfectly located near restaurants and shops, yet still close to the main sites. the staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel at home immediately. One of the best aspects was the breakfast, with homemade pastries and delicious coffee. We also loved the view from our balcony and the recently refurbished room.

The only thing we didn't like was the size of the bed in the single room. It was quite small, and we had to request an additional blanket to keep our feet warm during the night.
